My journey into horticulture began in 2012, following my time in my previous career with UK Power Networks. I trained as an arborist at Otley College in Suffolk, where I completed a Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Arboriculture. From there, I pursued further qualifications in tree surgery, including power line clearance, climbing, pruning at height, and essential safety work.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a variety of tree companies, gaining valuable experience and honing my skills. As demand grew, I transitioned into domestic gardening, a field where I quickly discovered a strong passion and a natural outlet for my creativity.
Drawing from my arborist background and hands-on experience, I found myself thriving in garden care and design. Word of mouth spread quickly, and I soon established a loyal client base in a local village. Now, over a decade later,
I maintain several gardens year-round and continue to grow my practice.
My greatest passion lies in working closely with clients to keep their gardens thriving. Whether it’s maintaining seasonal beauty or finding new ways to improve specific areas, I have a natural flair for understanding what clients envision and bringing it to life.
